UC PandaCATs Mission & Vision

​PandaCATs is a diversity and inclusion initiative focused on promoting cross cultural friendship between international and domestic students. PandaCATs strives to provide students with a safe space to gain exposure to Chinese and American culture, develop professionalism in the modern workplace, and serve the community. We encourage members to engage in open dialogue to instill integration and a broad global perspective.

We aim to hold bi-weekly meetings to educate and integrate students of all backgrounds who are interested in Chinese culture and heritage.

• PandaCATs exists to:

  • provide a space for all students to celebrate their interest in Chinese culture.

  • validate our Asian-Chinese identified students on campus and built a strong community.

  • bridge the gap between international Chinese students and the rest of the UC student body.
